All families wishing to apply for financial aid MUST complete a financial aid application (Blackbaud Tuition Aid) form. These forms are available in the school office beginning mid-January or online at https://parent.blackbaud.school/.
To be considered for tuition assistance at Cleveland Montessori, the following must be on file:
*Returning Students – signed Enrollment Contract and accompanying registration fee.
*New Students – Enrollment Application and accompanying registration fee.
*All students/families need a complete report from Smart Tuition and supporting documentation at the school.
Completed forms are due to the school office (along with a check for the financial aid application fee) by mid-February so they can be mailed as one group. A copy of ALL applications (whether submitted to the school or online) must be submitted to the school office with a copy of W-2’s, tax returns, or other similar supporting documentation by mid-February. Families CANNOT be considered by the schools Scholarship Committee without a completed report from Smart Tuition and supporting documentation at the school.
Applications received after this date may NOT be received back from Smart Tuition in time for consideration from the Scholarship Committee.
- Make a copy of your completed application before submitting it.
- Be sure the form is complete and accurate to avoid processing delays.
- Be sure to submit copies of supporting documentation with your completed application.
- Call the school to make sure we have received your report from Smart Tuition.
